FEE STRUCTURE FOR NEW STUDENTS 2024-2025

 

1. This Does Not Include Books & Uniform Charges.
2. Tuition Fee Rs.2600/- Per Month.
3. Monthly Fees Have To Be Cleared On Or Before 20th Of Every Month. Non Payment Of Fees Will Attract A Fine Of Rs.100/- Per Month.
4. Tiffin : Rs.1300/- Per Month (Optional)
5. Transport: Fare Will Be Charged According To Route And Distance.
6. Extra Curricular:

• Taekwondo (Optional) From Grade Kg 2 – 10
• Football (Optional) From Grade Kg 2-10Robotic (Optional) From Grade 7-12
• Music And Vocal (Optional) From Grade 4-10
• Baking/Pottery/Dance/Badminton/Cricket/Basketball/Table Tennis (Optional) From Grade 6-10

Fee Schedule:

Monthly fees will be divided into four quarters:

• First Quarter: April/May/June
• Second Quarter: July/August/September
• Third Quarter: October/November/December
• Fourth Quarter: January/February/March

 

Due Dates:

Fees should be paid within the 20th of every quarter.

 

Late Fee Policy:

In case of non-payment of fees within the due date:

• A late fee fine of Rs 25/- per day will be levied for the first 15 days.
• Rs 50 per day beyond 15 days up to 30 days.
• Rs 100 per day until the last date of the quarter.
• If fees remain unpaid beyond the last date of the quarter, the student will be considered for automatic withdrawal, and re-admission will incur additional charges.

Rebate Policy:

A 7% rebate on the school fee only will be provided if the full school fee is paid in advance for the entire year on or before the 20th of the 1st Quarter.

Sibling Discounts:

• For the second sibling, there is no discount; the school fee remains Rs 2600 per month.
• For the third sibling, there is a 50% discount, making the school fee Rs 1300 per month.
• For the fourth sibling, the fee is Rs 1560 per month.
• For the fifth sibling onwards, full payment of the school fee is required.

 

Other Fee Payments:

Payments for bus, activity fees, tiffin, etc., are to be made at the school cash counter.

 

Withdrawal Policy:

In case of withdrawal of a student during the ongoing academic year, all fees for the entire year must be cleared.

 

Fee Reminder and Payment Mode:

• It is not obligatory on the part of the school to send fee reminders to the defaulting students.
• All payments related to school fees should be made only through the EDU QFIX mode. No other mode of payment will be accepted.

 

These additional policies ensure that fee payments are made in a timely manner and through the designated payment mode at Hope Academy.
